Whistleblower and Compliants System
In accordance with legal requirements, Bauerfeind AG offers the possibility to send information simply and anonymously. All reports are processed.
You can choose between two reporting systems:
Whistleblower system in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HGSG)
Submission of information in the categories of fraud, embezzlement, damage to the company or third parties, corruption, bribery, conflicts of interest, money laundering, antitrust/competition law or data protection.
Complaints report system according to the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG)
Qui è possibile notificare reclami relativi alla catena di fornitura Bauerfeind. Questo sistema interessa in particolare le segnalazioni attinenti al campo dei diritti umani e a quello della protezione dell’ambiente lungo la catena di fornitura globale.
