"Sporthilfe"

Strong partners for top-class sport

Bauerfeind has been one of Sporthilfe's most important service partners for many years. Athletes rely on our products and our services. The co-operation has grown into an inspiring collaboration based on support and motivation. At Bauerfeind, we are passionate about promoting sport and supporting athletes. In close cooperation with Sporthilfe, the most important funding organisation that supports talented athletes on their way to sporting success, Bauerfeind offers a comprehensive range of services for athletes. Bauerfeind has been an official service partner of Sporthilfe since 2013 and supports the approximately 4,000 athletes sponsored by Sporthilfe each year with supports, orthoses and medical compression stockings in the event of injury and as a preventative measure. In addition to providing the products, Bauerfeind organises supplies for the athletes at any time if required, including individual measurement and fitting. In concrete terms, this means around 700 fittings a year and a service 365 days a year. We have more than 1,000 quality partners throughout Germany with medical supply stores that offer our products.

Hard training, strenuous competitions, a job and studies on top of it all: German top athletes have to work hard for their top performances. At the same time, they earn an average of 626 euros per month, which is less than the average for the German population - according to a study by the Cologne Sports University commissioned by Deutsche Sporthilfe.

For these athletes, the financial support of the German Sports Aid Foundation is an important basis for their sporting success. Bauerfeind has been supporting the foundation's activities since 2001: Every year, around 700 athletes sponsored by Sporthilfe are equipped with Bauerfeind products.

Since 2013, Bauerfeind has now been the official service partner of Deutsche Sporthilfe and supports the 3,800 athletes sponsored by Sporthilfe with bandages, orthoses and medical compression stockings in the event of injury and as a preventative measure. Bauerfeind organizes a supply for the sponsored athletes at all times, which also includes the individual fitting of the products. On the one hand, the more than 1,000 quality partners in the medical supply trade are involved in this. In addition, Bauerfeind has a team of experienced orthopaedic technicians - especially for the care of top athletes.

Be quick and do good!

In addition to our service partnership, in this special sports year 2024, we support the Sports Aid Foundation and athletes through a charity campaign. We also aim to make a financial contribution to support them. That's why with the Bauerfeind Sports Run Ultralight Socks Special Edition Sports Aid, you have the opportunity to do something good for yourself and all athletes supported by Sports Aid. With every purchase of these stabilizing and comfortable running socks, you not only enhance your performance while running, but we also donate €5 per pair sold to Sports Aid.
